dropped shoulders.
The pattern includes instructions for creating bibs, from the fancy ruffled
of the early 1800s to the plain and tucked bibs of the1880s. This
pattern, with the minimal adjustments that are included with the pattern,
can be used for most of the 1800s. As most of my patterns are for the
Civil War Era (1861-1865), these instructions and this basic pattern builds
