Hoop Skirt with Hoop Flounce Kit A kit to make the Hoop Skirt and Flounce is available which contains all the supplies needed except the fabric The pattern is multi-sized Small through Extra-Extra Large. The Hoop Skirt requires 3-1/4 Yds. and the Hoop Flounce requires 2 Yds. of 45 inch wide fabric for all sizes. The circumference for the everyday hoop in the smallest size is 105 inches, for the largest size it is 120 inches.
